Dr. Liyun Li is a reproductive endocrinologist at Pacific Fertility Center, a leading fertility clinic in San Francisco. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from MIT and received her M.D. with honors from Harvard Medical School where she studied stem cell biology and cultivated a keen clinical interest in women's health. After serving as a resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of California, San Francisco, Dr. Li completed her Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Fellowship at Columbia University Medical Center where she trained under the guidance of some of the most respected pioneers in the fields of in vitro fertilization (IVF) and egg donation. Her research on how obesity and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) affect egg and embryo health resulted in multiple publications in highly respected peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Li treats all forms of reproductive disorders with special interests in PCOS, fertility preservation, and egg donation. She is also a skilled surgeon in laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeries.

Dr. Li is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Li grew up in Shanghai, China, and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.
